A 23 leaf (46 page) plain-page note pad plus 2 x double-sided printed pages with grids (ie, 4 printed pages), 50 pages in total. The ruled grid pages makes it easy to record your run-times with decompresion stops and switch depths - exactly what you need for decompression diving and accelerated decompression.

There is also an extra run-time grid page for the transparent pocket on the outside of the cover.

Pages are a strong enough to erase notes without creasing, and still thin enough to ensure plenty of pages in a compact notebook.

The tough Cordura cover is functional with a large transparent pocket on the outside and a smaller one inside, an elastic bookmark, pencil holder, and a Velcro closing tab and also a bungee loop to firmly close - very heavy duty, not like some of the flimsy systems available.

Includes a graphite pencil (not wood) on bungee and bungee loop for securing to a clip.
